چکیده
Until recently, a comprehensive evaluation of the environmental drivers on abundance and structure microbial community in typical forest soils has not been thoroughly conducted. In this study, (Mongolian oak (Quercus mongolica) soil, MOS; white birch (Betula platyphylla) WBS; poplar (Populus davidiana) WPS) Sanjiang Plain were selected to ascertain differences major factors driving soil structure. Results indicated that existed bacterial, archaeal, fungal community. Co-occurrence network analysis showed bacterial networks more complex than those archaeal networks. Unclassified Acidobacteria unclassified Pyrinomonadaceae keystone taxa networks, while Pleotrichocladium Leotia Among all factors, pH, SOM, total N exhibited dominant roles affecting bacteria, archaea, fungi. The redundancy (RDA) pH was vital factor responsible for

Groundwater recharge from rainstorms can be vital for regional water resources. With the expansion of the need for more water in some specific regions under global climate change, groundwater is being pumped at a far greater rate than it can be naturally replenished. Considering that excess rainstorms could be utilized for groundwater recharge to lessen the declining tendency of regional ground...

متن کاملMapping paddy rice distribution using multi-temporal Landsat imagery in the Sanjiang Plain, northeast China.
Information of paddy rice distribution is essential for food production and methane emission calculation. Phenology-based algorithms have been utilized in the mapping of paddy rice fields by identifying the unique flooding and seedling transplanting phases using multi-temporal moderate resolution (500 m to 1 km) images. In this study, we developed simple algorithms to identify paddy rice at a f...
